AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are ORPhoneLookup ("we," "us," "our").

We operate ORPhoneLookup, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms ( "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

If your access is terminated, you are prohibited from creating a new account under any name.

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

We maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for performance management. Although we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for the data you transmit. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of such data.

You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, or laws which require an original signature or non-electronic records.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms, together with any policies posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and ORPhoneLookup. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. No joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship is created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms. You agree that these Legal Terms will not be construed against us simply because we drafted them, and you waive any rights based on the electronic form of these Legal Terms.
